Today, I am going to be sharing some of my favourite products (intangible & tangible) for May 2016. I swear by each and every single one of the items listed below. Leave comment down below or send me an email if you have questions about anything listed below.


  1. Jax Coco

    I have tried so many brands of coconut water but Jax Coco is by far my favourite one. It is 100% natural and not from concentrate with no added sugar. After trying over 10 different brands, this is by far my favourite one and I always stock these in my refrigerator.

2. Atmosphere Tights from Aritzia 

I bought these tights for working out. I go on a lot of hikes, and these tights are perfect for that. They are very comfortable and contains 18% spandex for great support and exceptional stretch and recovery. It has breathable mesh panels to keep you comfortable and cool.


3. Shut up, I’m Reading Mug

I always read with a cup of coffee or tea in my hand and I’ve been on the hunt for a perfect mug. I don’t like being disturbed when I am reading so I thought this mug was a perfect fit.


4. Documentary Movie on Netflix: Tracks

The film TRACKS, tells the remarkable true story of Robyn Davidson (Wasikowska), a young woman who leaves her life in the city to make a solo trek through almost 2,000 miles of sprawling Australian desert. Accompanied by only her dog and four unpredictable camels, she sets off on a life-changing journey of self-discovery. Along the way, she meets National Geographic photographer Rick Smolan (Driver) who begins to photograph her voyage.

5. Book: Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani

This book teaches you to think like some of the greatest non-conformist minds of our era, to question, challenge, hack,    and create new rules for YOUR life so you can define success on your own terms.


6. Lemongrass & Ginger Diffuser

I used to never use these before but now I always have on my desk in my bedroom. It is a luxury for the senses! These are elegantly blended Australian essential oils that accent peaceful environments attuned to relaxation. So whenever I sit on my desk, the fresh smell triggers the senses and it puts my right to work.



7. Buddha Meditation Statue

I practice meditation daily after I came back from my 10 Day Vipassana Retreat. I bought this statue for my desk as a reminder to keep my practice going and to remain calm and equanimous is every situation.


8. Hemp Hearts

I try and make smoothies every morning for breakfast and I always put a tablespoon of hemp hearts in them. They are the most nutritious seed in the world. Hemp Seeds are a complete protein. They have the most concentrated balance of proteins, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes combined with a relative absence of sugar, starches and saturated fats.


9. Moleskin Notebook

I have been using Moleskin notebooks for over 2 years. I have used over 10 of them and they are perfect for writing, brainstorming, note taking and it a perfect size to fit inside a purse or laptop bag.



10. Wella Hair Mask

I dyed my hair about 6 months ago for the first time and I noticed my hair tangled easily and got so dry. My mom found this hair mask and I have been loving it. I put on a little every morning and run it through my hair and now my hair feels smooth & silky. Absolutely love this product!
